condensation in the headlights

    Hi guys just today i took the glass fronts off to tint the inside of the lights..its turned out really really nice appart from its all condensed inside??? whats the problem?has i no sealed it propperly???please help guys as it looks bob

    not got a tight enough seal mate 2 choices drill a hole in the top to let moisture out or refit glass

    dont really wanna refit glass..wont drilling a hole in it make it worse?cos surely if the seal is letting air in then by putting a hole in wont more air be able to get in??i might be wrong..please assure me it will work before i drill a small whole

    I had the same problem, i dried mine out by putting it next to a heater and i havent had any problems since. It just a matter of removing the moisture.

    iv just heated the glass with hair drier and all the moisture has gone..put lights on for a couple of minutes and you can see its started to condense back up..maybe a small hole at the back migt do the trick after all?

    mate drill a small hole..iv done it and it works..had the same problem when i put my lights on after drying it out..good stuff
