Door mirrors - trivial problem

   How do i fix a droopy drivers side wing mirror?
   
   Do i just rip the glass out and reattach a loose spring? Is that whats gonna be wrong?
   
   I just asked a mate and he reckons pulling the mirror will just break the glass and/or break the back plate that holds the glass.
   
   Whats the official way to fix this small but very annoying problem!

   all it is, is the glass inside the wing mirror droops down, i adjust it both with the little twig in the cabin and manually with my hand, but 5mins later i look over and its pointing at the ground again

   u need to tghten up the springs on the back. heard cable ties may do it depending how stretched they are. might just need a new mirror tho
