Sportex exhaust

   Bought a sportex exhaust today (3inch back box with race tube) and basically have a bit of a noob question to ask. Is the pipe coming out of the back box supposed to slot into the the centre section or does it just sit on the opening? I thought that it would make snece for it to slot in but it doesnt so im a bit concerned lol. Can anyone clear this up for me?

   Its not ment to slide in, they fit together like you have them in the pics and then are clamped together with a exhaust bracket.

   yh you will have to buy a exhaust 'U' clamp for it

   nah dont use a u clamp
   use the clamp that comes in two parts so they can be attached over both.

   yeahhh make sure its a nice tight fit .. always seem to get a very very slight blow , tbh citroen could have made it fit soooo much better and it wudn't have cost them anymore, this design is stupid lol

    I tried, they didnt fit. I had to get a different clamp from a garage.

    You need an O clamp and it just press' together then clamps up
