Squeaking?!

   Hi all,
   
   When i start my car cold, i hear a squeaking sound and i think it might be the fan belt, anyone else had this?

   Probably be your belt, it may need tightening/or be replace or be a dogdy pulley . saying that lol, if the squeks coming from the rightside of your eninge (whilst your sitting in the car, its the left side if your looking in your engine bay)

   i would change/or if farely new tighten the alternator belt...if that dont work then look at changing the alternator adjusting pulley...common wear and tear..barings normaly go..not expensiveto change..the pulley costs around £25 - £35..
