cant get bolt cap covers of bolts

   i brought some boly cap covers which u can put over ur bolts for ur tyres.
   
   but i cant get them off now, they gave me like a twizzer like tool, but there room to put that in. any ideas how i can get then off, i tryed getting some hair pins, but still the same.

   i have to use mole grips on mine, or lever them off with screw driver
