amp problems

    brought a new Vibe sub and amp
    me and my mates done all the wiring but the amp light wont come on?
    we thought the amp had gone tried another amp that worked that didnt work either ? any ideas

    checked ground is bolted down properly? or any wires for that matter!

    As above wrong section, but ...
    you say you done the wiring yourself, have you fused the wire that goes from battery to amp? if not do it, if you have check that it is working with a new fuse, not expensive to replace. This was the problem i had, also check that the fuses in the wire and the amp are the same, not 100% that this matters but worth a go.

    Make sure that the ground wire is touching bare metal and not painted metal, just scratch the metal beneath the connection if not
