Airbag Light !!

   Hi, I went over a pot hole a few months ago which for some reason started my Airbag warning light flashing. I was thinking about taking it into a garage and getting it fixed but as they airbag in the drivers side has been removed I didnt see much point and just removed the Airbag lightblulb from the dash. Would this be an MOT failure ?

   There is a cable under the drivers seat, just give it a wiggle lol.
   Thats all I did and the light went off.

   ahaa thanks , do you know what I think i recall seeing something to do with the airbag just lying behind the dash which had been removed from the drivers steering wheel i might have a fiddle with it
