    Stage 3 means nothing, just some companies class a certain ammount of work as a "stage"

    Hiflowheads or preferably QEP as above

    The guy i would go with would be John from GMC. He also comes on this forum. I would not use HiFlow my self after already having one.

    It's just a few people have had bad experiences and everyone else just jumps on the wagon without seeing for themselves, it's a shame really.
