   quick question, will mk1 vtr driveshafts fit a mk2?

   quick answer, no - probably not any way, unless you have a very early Mk2.
   
   You need to check if your drive shafts are flat or tapered where they engage the wheel bearings, that is the only difference I know of VTR - VTR mate.
