no power!

   not a saxo but a c2.. my friend has one and it wont go above 10-25mph
   anyone know what the problem could be? and a light comes up on her dash and bleeps but car stills runs?

   Think its the engine managment light not 100%

   Diagnostic check would be best, sounds like its in a limp mode.
