knocking noise from front suspension

   at slow speeds there is a knockin noise from the front. Then at 3200rpm when you let off the accelerator in all gears it sounds like the exhaust is vibratin on the bottom of the car
   
   Could this be the engine mounting?

   May be that the whishbone is lose have a look in the passenger foot weel or the drivers side depends on what side it is coming from just an idea thats what it was with mine

   or as mine did was that one of the back box rubbers kept slipping off and was making a HUGE vibrating noise from what seemed to be the front.. (as it was all screwed up alignment wise)
   
   kept slipping it back on and hey presto sorted it (til all the flexing broke the pipe and then sounded like hell on earth !!!)... cue new centre and back box combo !
