howdy men and women, im having a bit of trouble with my mk2 vtr, just recently the car started acting up and running on two cylinders. anyways i brought the car down to citroen as nothing I did or replaced fixed the probem. Now i'v just got'n a phone call from the head mechanic in citroen irl and hes assesd my car and told me that my ecu single plug connector has allot or corosion on it and he thinks it may have affected my ecu hense the car running like shit. now instead of buying a new ecu, ignition switch and transponder box, id like to take these parts out of a mk1 vtr i have lying at home for such an occasion.

I need some help on how to get these parts out of the mk1, I know the transponder box it behind the fuse box so i should be ok with removing that but what i want to know is, where the ignition switch is located and how to remove it???????? ecu is a piece of piss to remove so im good with that too.

can anyone shed some light on ignition swiych loaction???????

cheers in advance for any help
