Exhaust Wrap!

   My exhaust wrap came today im going to try & have a go at the weekend to do my manifold anyone got any tips or anything? Is it a hard job? 2 man job? thanks

   put a clip on at the start, keep it tight and wear gloves cos if its decent stuff it will itch like fuck

   Apply it wet and pull it tight!

   how wet? what spray it straight on the wrap?

   id just dip it in water, then wrap around the mani.
   
   you are aware manifold do tend to crack and corrode slightly quicker with wrap on?

   mild steel corode even quicker than a stainless especially with wrap on

    Wow, did not know that. Well mines been wrapped for a while.. what sort of time scale we lookin at? I thort after market exhaust have lifetime guarantees ?
