bumper helppp??

   hi im wondering if anyone can tell me how to go about doing my bumper like this??? seems hard but really wanna do it i have basic skills on filling n shaping n spraying etc

   could you not get a doner bumper an cut it to fill the flat edge then fill it with fibreglass and a layer of filler then sand it all down and spray it?

   yeah i have 2 donor bumpers i just cant see how i would get the plastic finish on the black strip?
