Important! : HELP!!! fitting a new MK2 VTR clutch cable.

Hi fellas anyone have any tips for fitting a clutch cable as I've had a quick look ready for doing it and it looks a really tight squeeze where it goes behind the power steering rack. Is it a twat for feeding the new one through? Do I need to undo anything like the rack just to get it though etc. Does it feed through from the engine bay side back behind the rack or does it feed from the inside of the car back to the engine bay. Any pre advice will be greatly appreciated.

Ok I wasn't thinking straight and I thought I had figured it all out but I'm back in retard mode and lost again after looking at the new cable. Can anyone please help as the Haynes manual only shows a non power steering model been done and thats confusing so I may as well wipe my ass on that f***er!

Is the old one still in place?

If so attach a piece of string so that you can use it to thread the new one through!

It's out mate but I have a wire in ready to pull just don't know which way to feed it in. From the engine bay to inside or inside to the bay?

New clutch cable is now fitted in the end I dropped the rack out as it just would not go through the bulk head.
