#3no thats not worked. the back lighting doesnt work either yet the warning lights works too and the engine light came on when it happened. anyone?

#4right mate, this happened to me, put ignition on, then off, disconnect battery both - and +, ignition on, then off, reconnect battery... this worked for me.

#10I had exactly the same problem with mine with one of the wires being snapped. Have a look by the bottom of your centre console mate as there maybe on the off chance a wire snapped. I think mine may have been just a one off but you never know.
