Why you need to remove the ARB

    Just curious to know why you have to remove these when lowering the rear.Does it make it more difficult to pull the torsion bar out or summat.

    Thats what i thought,even seen a couple of guides aswell which shows you completly removing em.

    no need at all to remove it.

    if you want to though, remove the nylon plug from nearside end plate, remove top rear damper bolt and screw this in where nylon plug was, this will push it out the offside trailing arm, but there is not need to remove it. just undo the 13mm end plate bolts andswing it out the way.
