clutch or gears broken?

   ok, driving home earlier and couldnt get the car past 30 mph ish. the clutch felt heavy and spongy and wasnt coming all the way up, and i even struggled to get the car moving, and when i put the accelerator down it just over-revved. it was almost as if it wasnt in gear properly but it was the clutch causing the problem. any ideas? i know its late haha

   sounds like your clutch slipping, adjust the clutch cable if its no differance id get a new clutch kit

   Mine does similar but clutch doesn't feel heavy, an I'll sudenly get a boost of power! Thought it was maybe a sensor of some sort!

   Disconnect the clutch and see how it goes through the egars then

   ok, my clutch is f****d lol, how much should it cost around for parts and labour? ive been quoted around 140/150 from a local mechanic?
