Stutter / Power Issues

   Hi Folks,
   
   Seem to be having a problem with the ol' Saxo at the moment.
   
   It feels totally gutless at the moment, if I turn a corner and drop into second and the revs are below 2,OOO it starts stuttering, once over some power comes back, it defiantly doesn't accelerate as it used to.
   
   I've checked all plugs and fine only 1,OOO miles on a set of Bosch Super 4's. Pulled the injectors and all doing fine. HT leads seem in good condition, spark on all of them.
   
   Not sure if its the leads, I had a Bravo once that had the same problem and a new set of leads seemed to sort the problem, something about resistance.
   
   Any other ideas worth checking?
   
   P.s. My MPG is still as it should without all the power, just took a 120mile round trip to Southampton and only used 1/4 a tank :/

   Just an idea mate, but are you changing the fuel filter regularly, i have this problem come up on my mates saxo. Another thing just make sure there is no oil built up inside the throttle housing.

   Haven't changed the filter in a long time. Will check if its still ok, and will check oil in the intake. I did have a bit of oil through the breather pipe into the side of the airbox, but this has stopped now.
