front bumper damage

I reversed into a small wall which ripped my bumper off from the drivers side. It snapped the splash guard, snapped something off( cant find from where thought), pulled off the torx screw (but it works) and sheared two small plastic holes on the bumper whickis bolted to the car frame. everything apart from that are fine. do I need a new bumper? or will the torx screw hold up my bumper fine with a new splash guard?
can I get a cheap front bumper from anywhere? I have a red/burgundy 2003 vtr.

Any help would be great

if you are talking about this that you snapped and dunno what it is...your in trouble as that "thing" has a pin that gets in your mudguard and a screw that holds your bumper in place....you can get it fixed tbh as i had mine 2nd hand and i had more damage than that and got it plastic welded cheap
