New gearbox query

Im planning on putting a VTS gearbox in my mk2 VTR seeing as its a direct replacement. Will all the oil just pour out from the gearbox when i remove my old one and stick the VTS one in?

While im at it im going to change the clutch aswell. can the clutch, gearbox and engine all be interchanged and mixed between VTR and VTS models?

Just want to make sure because Im getting a VTS box fitted to my VTR engine will a VTR clutch work with it?

iirc VTR/VTS clutches are the same. The oil will run out when you remove the driveshafts, have a container ready to catch it (it stinks btw).

Just drain the oil first it saves a lot of mess. There are two bungs, drain bung and level bung. You need to use the drain bung which is the bottom one and the bolt head is facing the near side. Just get a container ready and ensure before you do any of this the car has cooled down first.

Sorry for being a total noob but I can still use my existing driveshaft even if i use a VTS box right?
