speedo problem :/

    i have a new problem when i got the car the speedo didnt work so i disconnected the battery and all that but it still didnt work ... soo i got a new set of dials swaped the clock for the rev counter the rev counter works fine but the speedo still doesnt workk !!! it is really annoying me .. does any one know what to do ?

    Could be the speedo sensor on the gearbox?

    Mines the same.. just need to find this sensor and then ill try fix it!

    Did you put in a new sensor? As mines doing the same and my mechanic mate said to replace that.

    i tested on another sax and it was fine

    did you sort this im having the same problem... replaced sensor and cleaned all conections behind clocks! please please help!!! just the speedo and milage dont work!

    nope didnt fix it :'( i seriously do ned to sort it :/ i am gunna try another set of dials on wednesday hopfully :/
