   Does everyone else have a piece of paper, similar to a cone shape covering the dipped/main beam bulb on there saxo? Thanks

   Oh its not paper, its a fairly hard material and is sitting around the lights, have many people removed it before?

   I would think not. It is a integral part of the headlights design. Its there to direct the light and stop a hot spot in the middle of the unit. Removing it would effectively make your headlights illegal and probably not work that well to boot.
