Important! : got a leak and dont know where from :(

hi there well as it says i have got a leak somwhere i went to the car and dont know what made me look but on the drivers end i had a little water in the back seat foot well just behind the drivers seat and the carpet is abit wet right under the drivers seat right up to the pedels

i have had a look at the sun roof and the head liner is fine so no leaks coming from that all that seams to be wet is from pedels under the drivers seat to the back seat and its only on the 1 side ant one had this before or could shed some light on what it might be and what i could look for thanks

u got sensors installed for an alarm in your car mate?

could well be that water is leaking through the drainage on the roof into the seal (next to windscreen) which is in turn going into the sensor down to the footwell too.

only a suggestion.

I got to sort my sunroof out because it's currently pissing water into the car lol, silicone for the way.

no car aint got a alarm

and i could the drain under the front window as when i lifted my bonnet i had a flick around in the plastic drain thing and i remover a bit of mud ir build up of what ever but are they a way that that bit could have over flowed and come in at the foot well or some other way of coming in the footwell ??
