is it worth doing

   Hi i was thinkin about gettin my vtr remapped or superchipped from cituning in nottingham but dont no if it would be worth it ? . . . also has anyone had anythin done at cituning are they any good ? thanks

   Simple answer no. Superchips are not that good, also unless you have done a good ammount of engine work (Higher lift cams, exhuast, induction) then it isn't worth the money for the gain. When you do get a REMAP then go to somewhere that will do it live and is reputable (Chipwizards is very good and a popular suggestion)

   A remap doesn't give a great return for the money i wouldn't bother but each to their own lol

   ok thanks ill leave the chip alone then . . i have got decat , cat back exhaust and pipercross induction at the min, thinkin about kent cam possibly later . I was told not to expect great power but the drive would be much more responsive ? i have heard about chipwizards do you no how much they would charge ?

   i think it would make a differance but not much for how much you pay just wait and do it after cams thats what im doing

   Depends on to the tune of your car but a good setup cane make a massive difference. The more you push the engine the more important the setup becomes.
