thought that id spray my center consol today, just put on the 2nd layer of primer.

wicked. always a good place to start, was well chuffed once i'd done mine, looked mint. Get some pics up once it's done.

Just dont go mad and spray too many different parts! lol

yeah trying to take my time with it

am usualy not very patient

went for possi blue for the insides aswell, am quite keen on having same inside as out, my preference anyways

will probs have pics up tomorrow\monday depending on when i get it finished and dried

howd you get your ciggy lighter out? christ was fiddlin with it for ages, but couldnt get it out, so just masked it,

i couldn't get the stub that the fan knob goes on, or the ciggy lighter out. I just masked it really tightly. Couldnt tell any difference at all.

yeah i couldnt get the fan stub out either (well didnt try it, as its covered anyways) and had to mask the ciggy lighter.

I sprayed 3 coats of grey primer onto mine, and then 3 coats of possi blue paint, was halfords spray paint.

Is looking decent, will put up some pics tonight when I get home

makes the interior seem a lot brighter when you spray the bits up, doesn't take that much effort either really.

got to rub a few bits of mine down & respray as they've been knocked since i've put them back in the car.

don't forget pics when you're finished bud

yeah has been quite easy to do, and like you say for that we bit of effort really brightens up the inside.

To get the cig lighter out you just have to push the very middle from the rear out,it seems like its gonna break at first but it does slide eventually, then the outer bit just needs to be squeazed so that slides out. The heater bit just needs the 3 lil leverage bits forced together.Hope it helps anyone else wanting to get a pucker finish

I've got my mine done. Thanks to foz I now have new silver vents, silver centre consol and a silver dial consol! well impressed, at a bargain 20£, I'm well chuffed.

Ive got yellow vents, speaker grills and will have a yellow center console.got a yellow gear gaiter to go on to go with the handbrake gaiter.love yellow

i got an eastcoast,same interior, dont like the seats at all,agree on that one, but black and yellow have a good contrast to them

no probs mate will put it up, probs give it 2 days to fully dry itself off and il take some pics

yeah thats the best thing todo, unlike me i rushed in to it any tried to get it back on only to put some nice finger prints in the paint

need to sort it 2moz

Yeh not too sure on them either...But the centre console does look pretty wicked. Might have to spray my console now, hmm silver or posi blue?
