uploading avatar or profile pic

   everytime i try and upload my avatar or profile picture it says invalid file, i am using an image from photobucket and im copying the image code over to saxperiece and pasting it in the adress bar thing and it doesnt work i have tried so many times now
   please helpp!

   make sure it has the right pixels and the right size as it will not let you upload up load a pic more than 60k a think it is and the image need to be small between 120 and 120 hope this helps gaz

   Copy the direct link box, the one that is just the address of the picture
