would a mk1 mani fit a mk2?

hi i already have a sportex straight through center section and back box on my furio but i need a decat mani i have just found a sportex mani but it was off a mk1 would it fit? also it fittec straight on on a mk1 will it miss the oil filter on a mk2?
and it has a mk1 vtr lambada sensor will that work on a furio mk2?
