INduction kit

    Hey,, air filterss then boys


    ive heard that if you fit an induction kit it makes the car bog our and wont run or idle properly is this true??

    i have one on mine, no problems with the idle. just sounds better

    i cant hear mine coz of me exhaust but in my focus it made a hell of a difference in sound. Never been affected by any idle problem in all of my 5 cars ive had wen one is fitted

    what would be better to get acone filter or a closed box??

    any links or prices?? rates or slates?

    Got a piper-x induction open cone for sale mate, cheap as chips.. 25 posted will fit VTR

    i have a http://www.bmcairfiltersuk.com/main/...n-c-24_31.html this is the closest one i could find to mine as mine is the limited silver one the only problemi had with this was finding some where to put the bracket

    yes it should do if not you will have to get a oil breather filter.

    I would get an enclosed induction kit mate. I had a K&N open induction kit and just put my standard airbox/air feed pipes back on. With an open kit it draws warm air from the engine, whereas with an enclosed one it is being fed cold air only. If i was you i would stick with the standard induction but upgrade the filter
