de-cat problem

   hi guys. i have just fitted a new 4-2-1 and a decat to my vts but the decat seems to be too short. it is the right one for my car but now its fitted my back box pipe is sitting right under the bumper, and between the decat and manifold is blowing realy badly.
   also has anyone els had a problem with the wiring for the altinator being too close to the manifold?

   I would say it looks like a no buddy. Is it a complete system? Do you have any pics of where its blowing or how its sitting? Mine sat a bit further in but that was only the backbox. I had to bend the arms on the back box to make it fit better
   
   I had the problem to close to the manifold, i removed the lower gromit that holds the wiring in place. Got some side cutters and trimmed off a bit of the plastic around the 13mm or 10mm nut and just re-routed it to come up next to it. Ended up heat wrapping the panifold aswell

   all i have is a 4-2-1 onto a decat, silencer, and scorpion back box. have no pics but its blowing from wher the manifold and decat meet.

   it seems to be but obviously isnt because of the blowing. what can i do?
