do mk1 spoiler fit mk2 car

    bee asking wuestions but not reallt getting anywhere so i have a mk2 car and a mk1 spoiler my mate has mk1 both his spoiler went through top of roof he removed the gromits on underside of boot moved the wires and drilled through with mine the screws on spoiler dont match up with holes in boot any help i dont want to bond on

    mk2 spoilers are thru the glass mk1 are fitted thru top of tailgate
    if you have a mk2 spoiler currently on car you will have to block holes up and re drill in tailgate to fit mk1 spoiler or bond it
    the tailgates are essentially the same on all models and ages except for subtle mods
    etc so it will fit it will just need minor refit work

    Just fit mk1 boot its pretty simple just a case of finding 1 same colour i got mk1 and my mate got mk2 and we changed ours over took little over half hour to do
