I dont see why you would change break hoses if there not to breaded ones? less they are defective, all in all if they are designed for the car then they should be a straight fit.

    The union ends are correct.
And although certain suppliers say they are fine it has being proven many times that you need longer hoses
standerd hoses pull tight when you use full lock and or full suspension travel.
This can result in themgetting damagd and failing when u need them!
And if noticed on an mot can result in at the least an advisory and possibly a fail.

I have a set at home that will fit but im not back there till tuesday

so is the best thing for me to do it try them? as i will also be lowering the car 50mm dont know if that will make a difference? if i do fit them obviously the car will be jacked up! so that will tell me if they are stretched at full travel? and put them on full lock both ways whilst jacked up? if they dont feel stretched then they are fine yea? it is only until i can get hold of some braided hoses!

sorry for so many Q's but last thing i want is a brake failure whilst approching a round-a-bout lol!

    many thanks

    Personaly i wouldnt risk.
Real life movement of the suspension is very different to static.
But thatr just me, brakes are one of the most important things to have working correctly on a car.
