Saxo rev counter wiring

   Hi guy, this is my first post.
   I'm trying to wire up an original Saxo rev counter clocks etc i got from the scrapyard in my daughters Saxo. I have a wiring diagram and as far as i can see the feed for the rev counter picks up from pin 6 green wire 425 on the ecu and goes to the blue connector on the instrument unit pin number 1 but i still cant get it to work .......please help its driving me insane.    check your fuses after you connect it

   All sorted now,it was pin 1 on the yellow connector

   i am also trying to connect a rev counter to my car,
   i have all the dials working except from temp guage and rev counter.
   any idea's ?
   i have looked at the back connections. all are attached and in good condition.
