couple of things....

   i have noticed when i accelerate to about 30 or 40 then let off the accellerater there is a noise that sounds like a ringing noise? its not knocking or tapping, just a noise does anyone know what this is?
   
   
   also there seems to be a leak, not in the engine, but in the bloody car; the drivers footwell, i dont think it is a leak from the seals and it is not coolant and the heaters are still hot, so what else could this water be coming from?
   
   i dried the carpet yesterday, it didnt rain, then went back to the car about 2 hours later and another puddle appeared!!
   
   does anyone know what it could be?

   Is there a loose wire or cable tie lurking around the alternator pulley/fan area and making contact whilst the engine is running???
