lights behind heater controls

   any idea how to change them? mine are broke (don't come on) and i haven't the foggiest how to change them!

   Not really any help but mine have turned themself on after not working for 3 months

   yes you have to take the centre console out and then look behind the heater gadge and just pull the little white plug out and replace the bulb and put it back in hope that helps gaz

   yeah can get to it removing stereo or if can be bothered removing the 5 t15 torque screws and lowering whole console.depends on how small your hands am

   Don't know if it helps mate but I took my centre console out today - light had just slipped out the back - so try turning it on when you get to it - I was about to replace mine then realised it must have fallen out..

   i thought the same after seeing my mates lit up, seems like a common fault, if u can call it that.

    had to do mine last week, you can get the bulbs from halfords somthing like 69p lol

    i thought we were talking rear screen....are we meaning actual heater controls?!?! didnt know they were ment to light up!!!!! (i dont know why i came to the conclusion of it being rear screen heater thing....there was no mention)

    the bulb goes a certain way round, i guesed, n gues what, it dont work now lolz just take the 2 torqe screws out the back n check its in properly or the right way round lol

    Take a look at Predator_VTR progress thread, he changed them all to blue iirc. Pretty sure he shows the wiring guide aswell
