water in passenger footwell

After having the rear of the car on axle stands for a week,i noticed the other day there was a few drops of water on the carpet in passenger side, and it seems to be dripping from the side, and not where your feet are if you know what i mean,so do you reckon the windscreen seal needs redoing, and if so how much to take one out and rebond it,or is this a diy job.

sounds daft but are you certain the windscreen seal is leaking?
would put the car flat and pour water down the windscreen first to see if water gets inside.

I was under the impression saxo's just leak anyway, Mine leaks in both footwells by the door and if you go through a car wash it comes through the boot onto the parcel shelf etc...
