4k idle helppp!!

   right my battery kept going flat over the last few days so yesterday i took it off and replaced it...when starting my car is now idles at 4k!! wtf is going on here!! no EML light on or anything,i took it round the block and obv in drive its just normal even idled normal when i was coming to a stop etc but as soon as the clutch is disengaged the revs shoot right up!
   
   iv checked for a vaccume leak as advised to but nothing everything is plugged in and the charcole put is all as it should be aswell so nothing there
   
   iv got a furio ICV i was going to try this but not sure if they are the same or not? is from the same age engine 2002 and a 2002 vtr engine
   
   pissed off with this engine conversion now wish i would have left it 1.1 or gone 16v only did it becuase i was told it should just plug and play
   
   help please!!

   You check the ICV is all connected

   im at work at the mo mate but im going to try it when i get home so hopefully
   
   and yep icv is all plugged in etc mate but i am going to change it anyway i think
   
   would my sensors from the 2002 fuiro inlet work kept it off my old engine ? ie the map and icv or not?

   hi mate i had a problem like that all of a sudden 4k revs and it was a plug that popped off . . . . the left hand side of the inlet manifold just at the back . . worth a quick look

   new map sensor fitted (well one off my other inlet that defo works) and still no joy
   
   new icv tomorrow see if that sorts it
