Drive shaft probs

   Can any one tell me y I keep pulling my drive shaft appart at the joint near the gearbox with in 500meters after fitting a new 1

   Have you fitted the two nuts n bolts which hold the driveshaft bearings case in place?

   Can you spin everything freely after fitting and with the wheels in the air?
   
   Is there any play in anything?

   it will have play in the gearbox in the diff mate. i have 100% gurantee its this as i have had the same problem going on for weeks. buy a brand new shaft from parkers. £62 whn you trade old one in. and put a different gearbox on it. i have just done mine today and its now perfect again

   i was gonna say crash damage my mates had the same problem

   you need to change gearbox and put a new driveshaft on, the diff will have play in it, putting stress on the shaft
