Headgasket gone?

Theres a small bit of oil in the radiator of the car, not a great deal at all. It runs fine and wont overheat, even on a 40 mile + journey. I remember we had a similar issue with a 106 where the headgasket went, we had it all replaced and the head skimmed but a small amount of oil would appear in the rad apparently something to do with the wet liners (was young at the time so will have to ask my dad the exact cause), the car ran fine like this though and I even did a 400 mile trip in it without it missing a beat. Just wondering if ive got a similar issue on my hands here and should leave the car be?

    vts isn't wetliners

Sounds like the car is fine tbh, could get a sniff test done on the coolant to reassure you - but I wouldn't be worried

wouldnt worry about it to much until it does start to miss fire or untill your not getting any hot air through the fans.

Would a exhaust gas test in the coolant tell me if the HG is gone or not?

if the head was gone u would know about it, it would be missing firing and you would have no heat coming through the heaters. it should tell you if its gone but it seems pointless to me like.
