Any ideas how to bend this back?

   I bought a Saxo vtr mk2 the other week, and it’s been in a crash so I’m in the process of fixing it up, I’ve got a new O/S wing and slam panel for it, however i don’t know if its classed as part of the chassis but there’s a bracket which the wing bolts on to, it’s been bent back quite badly, just wondering if anyone has any ideas how i could bend this back to where it should be as i do not want to attempt to bend it back and course more damage than good.
   Suggestions will be much appreciated

   a Massive hammer, and or a Dolly or put it on a Jig.

   That looks like the inner wing (flitch)which needs to be proffessionally jigged.
