One Touch Windows

   Ive got a mk1 vtr the switcheres arent one touch atm is there anyway to modify them so they are one touch or would it b easier to buy a one touch switch? or a 3rd option would i need to change the winder mechanism? had a quick search but couldnt find anythin any help would be apresiated.

   Ive never herd of this in a saxo, my mg has one touch and to make the passenger one touch another controller was needed

   Im not overly bothered about passanger side as im noto the one usin it lol but would b one of those things ppl would go "didnt think saxos had 1 touch" nad im lazy lol

   as far as im aware the drivers side would need a controller, bit like an ecu for the windows. How good are you with wiring?

   just source parts from a car with one touch i.e a vauxhall etc, shouldnt be hard, i think they might use relays to keep the power going to the windows for a few seconds

    yeah but u have relays put in so it staays on for a few seconds but if the window is down 1cm and the motor in engaged 4 the equivilant of 5cm then the motors gonna burn out..... i should be having an alarm with total closure fitted in the newar future, if hes fitting total closure then (as saxos dont come with it) then the switch would therefore become one touch? i believe anyhows lol

    I dont believe it will be one touch, i believe the total closure operates on the fact that the resistance changes when the windows are fully closed. When my windows were fully closed and the motor wouldn't move anymore i always noticed a voltage drop on my gague
