   Can you buy the piston seal for the front calipers seperatley as mine have slight tears in them??

   You could, but if they are ripped then the damage may well have started already. Use it as a reason *read as excuse* to upgrade to bigger brakes from a 306 HDI etc. (iirc they are 266mm discs - load of stuff on here about it)
