Wheels for my '96 Saxo

   I have a '96 Saxo that currently has 13" wheels on it. i want to go up to 15" wheels as there is a better selection for me. however i have been putting this off as the wheels i have on now rub agaisnt my arches when i turn corners. i told my mechanic friend about this and he said that it would be fine to get 15s. but he works with vauxhalls most of the time so i dont no what to do. can anyone help please?

   As long as the wheels are the correct ofset, with the correct sized tyres (195-45-15) and the car isn't lowered they shouldn't rub on a flat arch.
