Car cuttin out any help please??

   Ave been avin a proble with my vts it runs fine but wen I boot it and red line it once a come to a stop it cuts out but oce left for lil bit will be fine agen and also dunt seem to pull as much as it shud seem to hang bk a lil wen my foots down any help ??
