My drivers seat keeps shooting back

   This past week or so my seat keeps shooting back every so often.
   
   Do i need a new seat or is there something i can do to stop this??
   
   I`m no good at these things

   spray some wd 40 on the runners then move seat back and forth a few times

   also spray some on the hinges on the bar you pull to move your seat if you know what i mean
