Lost keys

    Basically I have lost the only key to my GTi but am still holding out hope that it is in my toolbox at work.

    Basically I need to know, if I don't find it, has anyone had the same experience and what did they do ie, did you have anything replaced etc (I have the single button on the actual key if that helps)

    It may be possible to get a key cut by the manufacturer by giving them your VIN number
