What is the best way to clear carbon build up from the exhaust chambers in the head? Is there a chemical method?

#2Toothbrush and thinners would be my approach, followed by a wire brush drill attachment however I am sure there are more professional methods.
Don't forget to do http://www.suzukituning.com/PSA/TU3T...stmanifold.htm
It seemes to allow the engine to rev a bit cleaner afgter I did this, I did not touch the cylinder head port size though because I don't have enough knowledge in this area and it is easy to lose power if not careful. -
#3If you were going to use a rotary brush there would be no kneed to use thinners, but would that work anyway? I was thinking about brake cleaner spray or brake fluid?
