Whining / Whistling from near right side?

   Driving along at about 20 + mph a squeaking noise happens...
   
   Have just had new pads and disks fitted so its not that...
   
   But theres a bit of oil around my gearbox...
   
   Any ideas?

   Is the noise constantly there or only sometimes? Are you sure the gearbox is leaking oil not something else?

   Its pretty much allways there once it comes.
   
   It sometimes doesnt happen though

   Does it sound like a revolving sound like it's spinning? It its high pitch maybe a wheel bearing?

   yeah my thoughts are a wheel bearing on its way out, sound a bit like an aeroplane taking off??

   sounds like a wheel bearing to me. same thing happend to me when i changed my disks
