Important! : Fitting New Dials.

  1. #1
as everyone who buys an old saxo would know,
they come with a ncie speedo and a fat clock where a rev counter should be.
now i went down to silverlake pulled out a new dial kkit from a saxo.

now ive wired it all up and everything works perfectly minus the speedo.
that is the only thing that doesnt work.
i have read through the guides on here on how to splice the 425 wire and re'wire it to get it to work,
is there another way someone could help me with this?

    Thanks

The guide is pretty self explantory. By your OP do you mean you followed the guide and it didn't work? Something may not be hooked up correctly.

i followed the guide but im not to keen on cutting into a wire with out really knowing what im doing. all connections are in properly and everything but temp and revs dont work.
i havent yet had to take my car apart that much to get to the Ecu.

Cutting into the wire and re wiring it is how its going to work. A few people have followed that guide and had minimal if any problems. Just take your time and read the guide carefully and post if you have any problems
