read the thread last week or week before about the pas, heaters n rear de-mister not workin (the fix worked great for anyone wondering), but it always seems with my saxo that its just one expense after the other, you fix one problem which costs sh*tloads and as soon as you've done that something else expensive just seems to go wrong!! it might just be that i'm driving a t reg and the years are catching up with it but it annoys me when i've got to spend cash on repairs rather than mods!! clutch release bearing is on its way out and the thermostats just deciced not to show up for work this week (a sick call would have been nice), i can get the parts cheap enough through work but its the cost of having them fitted!! anyone else feelin the pain right now??
my saxo p*sses me off

#2All part of owning a car tbh!

#3every car has its problems! even brand new ones when i got my megane it was good for about 3 months then the heaters broke so it would only go on one speed(high) and then a month later all of the windows went down and then they would not go back up leaving me in the middle of winter with a car with 4 windows down for a week while i waiting for renault to fix this!
so really dont worry about it mate these things happen wether its a saxo or a brand new car -
#4The joys of owning a car im afraid especially a saxo, but one thing i find there so easy and cheap to fix.

#5You should have a go at fixing stuff yourself, cheaper than paying some one else to do it and you get job satisfaction and peace of mind knowing some monkeys not messed around with it (depending on quality of garage of course-not all garages are bad).
Get yourself a haynes and some tools and get stuck in, it's the best way, really.
